Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to remove a built-in swimming pool?

It really depends on several factors, like the size of the pool, materials involved (concrete, tile, etc.), site access, and disposal requirements. Once we know those details, we’ll give you a fair, transparent estimate with no hidden charges.

What does “pool removal” involve?

Pool removal typically means breaking up and disposing of the pool shell, removing plumbing/equipment, and refilling or regrading the area — sometimes followed by landscaping. We make sure it's done safely and cleanly, minimizing disruption to your property.

Is pool demolition different from pool removal?

Yes, “demolition” refers to the physical breaking down of the pool structure, while “removal” includes demolition plus cleanup, debris disposal, filling or grading the ground, and restoring the area. We handle the full removal so you don’t have to worry about leftover mess.

Will there be mess, debris or damage to the rest of my yard during removal?

We take care to minimize disruption, all rubble is hauled away, and we protect surrounding areas during demolition. After removal, we level and clean up the site so your yard is ready for whatever’s next (garden, patio, lawn, etc.).

Will removing an in-ground pool add value to my home?

In many cases, yes! If the pool was old, under-maintained, or seldom used, removing it and restoring the yard or landscaping can make the property more appealing to a wider range of buyers. It can turn a “maintenance headache” into usable outdoor space.
